🐲 Chinese New Year is coming. In the East Asia this 🎉 holiday is being vigorously and cheerfully celebrated, lasting for as many as 15 days. Yet in the other parts of the world, people just do the casual greetings over the Internet, using the themed set of smileys and emojis.

An emoji is an 18x18 pixel graphic image designed to express actions and emotions in a specific situation. The existing set of emojis is constantly expanding. There are over 3,600 officially registered emojis for 2021.

The question among Internet users such as Twitter and Reddit arose: "Where did the thief emoji go?" Social media users claim to have seen this emoji a couple of years ago. Some even paint a rough image of it, while others confirm that this is what it looked like.
